Terms of Purchase, Delivery and Returns

Placement of order

If you want to purchase a print you can either submit an order on the website or send a private message. Contact details to submit an order or send a private message can be found under Contact.

The photo art is carefully crafted to order, ensuring unique pieces tailored just for you. Before your purchase is shipped to you, Studio CY personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your purchase is then carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition. In the event that your purchase arrives in a less than perfect condition, please notify Studio CY immediately so that we can address the issue.

Colours and structure

We strive to reproduce colors of the products as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the pictures shown on the website accurately reflect reality. There are several reasons that the images on the website may vary from reality, and differences in display settings on your computer, colours and appearance of the images may vary.

Sizes

Sizes indicated may vary with a few centimeters depending on the art work. Feel free to ask if you want to know the exact size.

Payment

Payment is charged when the order is made and before shipping. In addition to the price of the art work, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs if not otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods are Swish, Credit Card, Apple Pay and PayPal. 

Delivery

If not otherwise agreed separately in advance, the products are delivered as rolled prints in protective tubes from Sweden and have an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days.

Returns

Studio CY understands that occasionally there may come a time to return a purchase and when purchasing online or by phone the Swedish Distance Selling Act applies. This means that you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product and against a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that all returned items must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition. We can take no responsibility for any damage in the return shipment, therefore, send your return well packaged.

If you have purchased a limited edition print or a custom product the Distance Selling Act does not apply and you have no right to return the purchased product.

Return Process

To return an item, please send an email to caroline.ygge@studiocy.se and we will come back to you with the return address. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund. We will process your return and refund the purchase price as quickly as possible, but in any event within 30 days after we received the returned item.
